I drink a lot of water. I spend a fair amount of time at work wearing two paths: one from my desk to the water cooler, the other from my desk to the ladies’ room.
I have a glass at work that holds18 ounces of water. I fill it up and drink it down at least 5 times a day.
Then, at home, I have a water bottle that holds 24 ounces of water. I fill it up and drink it down another three times. If I work out, though, I fill up and drain that bottle another 2 times.
That, for those of you playing the home game, is over 150 ounces of water a day, well in excess of the recommended 8-10 eight ounces glass per day.
And yet my skin is so dry it feels like it’s a size too small.
Someone explain, please.
