For some reason, my purple irises burst into bloom before the yellow ones even budded out. I'm enjoying the color, though, especially on such a gray day.
Oooh - those look like siberian irises! Mine just bloomed yesterday! The big ones (that tend to fall over) are almost done at my house. I like these little guys.
